  • Not possible once ordered been confirmed or goods been Received as per the Invoice.
  • But if customer will find and present proof of any damage or any quality /hygiene issue in the product, Packaging or Delivery process, then customer can claim with proper proof.
  • Customer copy of invoice will be required for return as supporting.
  • Customer can Return to the Delivery person on the spot or customer can inform our QMT lead /CS lead.
