What product will be available to deliver and what will be the MRP/Price:

What will be the Maximum and Minimum Order Quantity?

  • Maximum Order Value of a single Invoice /Order/Delivery­­- BDT 1500
  • Minimum Order Value of a single Invoice /Order/Delivery- BDT 500

What will be the Delivery Fee and Payment Modality?

  • No Delivery Fee will be charged
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Customer will receive 2 copies of Invoice/memo with “PAID” mark along with the Products
  • Customer will Keep one copy and return another copy to the delivery person with the confirmation sign upon receiving products.
  • Nominated Delivery Person/Agent from “Polar” will collect Cash Payment along with the received copy of Invoice

In which area you will do deliver:

Mohakhali-DOHS, Banani, Mirpur DOHS, Khilkhet, , Uttara, Bashundhara R/A, Gulshan-2, Gulshan-1, Badda, Banasree Tejgaon, Mohanagar Project, Mogbazar,  Iskaton, Santinagar , Mouchak, Hatir Pool, Ajimpur, JIkatola, Sankar, Dhanmondhi, Kalabagan, Indira Road, Sukrabad, Rajabazar, Nakhal Para.

Note: No delivery service request will be accepted from Lock Down area. 

When I can Place Order:

  • Every Day 10.30 am to 4.30 pm.

What will be Delivery Date & Time:

  • Date: Deliver on Next Day after order confirmation.
  • Time: Our CS team will be fixed a suitable/available time Slot upon pre-discussion and confirmation with the Customer.

How do “I” or company can understand my order been confirmed?

  • Our CS/QMT team will send a confirmation text to your Cell Phone/FB messenger after your final confirmation on- Product, Payable, Location, Delivery date and Time.
  • Customer will send return confirmation through messenger to our CS/QMT agent.

Is there any provision to cancel or Revise the order?

  • Yes! Order can be Reviewed, cancelled within 1 hr. from the time of Order confirmation through phone call or text in messenger.
  • Same procedure will be followed for Order cancellation as confirmation.

Is that possible to Return ordered/received Products?

  • Not possible once ordered been confirmed or goods been Received as per the Invoice.
  • But if customer will find and present proof of any damage or any quality /hygiene issue in the product, Packaging or Delivery process, then customer can claim with proper proof.
  • Customer copy of invoice will be required for return as supporting.
  • Customer can Return to the Delivery person on the spot or customer can inform our QMT lead /CS lead.
