- Our operations remains open for six days in a week and we are close on Friday. Operations may be close due to govt. holiday or any other national event.
- We follow the delivery time-slot, so put your preferable delivery time of desired date, address, contact number & e-mail address correctly for further correspondence.
- Order delivery usually conducted on the following days with available time-slot,
- Our delivery personal always follows the health guideline. Products usually deliver with dry ice so you will receive a melt free box of happiness & goodness.
- We cannot do any refund after delivery completed, as we are not charging for delivery. so, please check products before competition of delivery.
- We will only deliver to the address provided in the website generated booking. We cannot deliver if your address is incorrect. We may call you before delivery to confirm your address, timeslot & product demand.
- We will endeavor to deliver ice cream within your preferred times lots. However due to the circumstances beyond our control such as weather or traffic or time-slot occupancy we may not always be able to achieve on time. On this situation, we will try to deliver at the earliest opportunity with further discussion.
- POLAR EXPRESS DELIGHT authority reserves the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas and this includes the right to withdraw the service & product altogether.
- Orders can be cancelled any time; until the moment that the delivery man & product are ready to dispatched.
