- We deliver all listed polar branded ice cream flavor everyday from 10 am to 7 pm upon pre order confirmation for the orders received from selected zones and declared time slots. Please see in detail here:
- Honorable customer can choose the preferred delivery time from the available slots given in the cart details page.
- Our delivered product prices (MRP) /invoice include all applicable VAT, TAX, according to the location/Box/tub/order.
- Orders can be cancelled any time; until the moment that the delivery man & product are ready to dispatched upon pre confirmation from the customer. After delivery man & product are dispatched order can’t be cancelled due to changes of mind.
- We cannot do any refund after delivery completed. So, please check products before the delivery is completed.
- If the product is damaged or the seal is broken or the product is not what the customer ordered, the customer is encouraged to report through our face book messenger (Note: click contact agent to get quick assistance and share your complaint) and we will replace the product or in case of pre-payment, refund as per company policy.
- If customer is failed to preserve the ordered product in their own custody, we will not be responsible for any damage in product.
- Received product are not acceptable for return or refund.
- Pay Online during ordering the product. Otherwise, Cash on delivery (COD) is also acceptable.
- If failed to serve any order with quality, Polar Ice Cream will return full amount within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the claim.
