- All orders are sold in carton or pack size basis as mentioned in the website.
- Minimum order value is BDT. 600 & can be extendable up to BDT. 4000 +|-
- Payment mode: You can pay online during ordering the product. Otherwise, Cash on delivery (COD) is also acceptable.
- Honorable customer can choose the preferred delivery time from the available slots given in the cart details page. There are three separate order placement and delivery time slots:
Delivery Slot 1: Order Placed and confirmed at 9am-12pm will be delivered within 1pm to 3pm.
Delivery Slot 2: Order Placed and confirmed from 12pm -4pm will be delivered within 5pm-7pm.
Delivery Slot 3 (*Next Day): Order placed and confirmed order after 4pm to next day before 9am will be delivered within 10am-12pm on the following day/next day. - Order and time slot will be confirmed based on buyer’s desire or availability of the slots by agent and delivery team
- Home delivery service remains open in Every day from 10am to 7pm.
- Delivery team may call you before delivery to confirm your address, timeslot & product demand.
- Delivery team may confirm the order every day from 10am to 5pm.
- Please put appropriate address, active contact number & active e-mail address, select delivery locations correctly during order generation for further correspondence.
- We cannot do any refund after delivery completed. So, please check products before the delivery is completed.
- We will only deliver to the correct provided address during order/booking generated. We cannot deliver if provided address is incorrect.
- POLAR RAFFINATO authority reserves the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas and this includes the right to withdraw the service & product altogether.
- Orders can be cancelled any time; until the moment that the delivery man & product are ready to dispatched. After delivery man & product are dispatched order can’t be cancelled.
- POLAR RAFFINATO home delivery sales offer is not necessary to be similar with retail shop offer or retail shop offer must not be similar as on POLAR RAFFINATO home delivery offer.
- Our delivery personal always follows the health guideline, usual ice cream delivery practice so you will receive right taste of Raffinato Luxury ice cream.
- Delivery service may be close due to govt. holiday, any other national event, or any other unavoidable situation.
